Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Domestic Shipping (Romania) We offer free shipping on all orders over 250 RON within Romania. Orders below this amount may be subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery time is a few business days after dispatch.

International Shipping (European Union) We offer free shipping on all orders over 100 EUR to EU member states. Orders below this amount may be subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 1–3 weeks after dispatch, depending on the destination country.

International Shipping (United States) We offer shipping to the United States. Orders may be subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 2–4 weeks (up to a maximum of 30 days) after dispatch.

International Shipping (Australia) We also ship to Australia. Shipping fees, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery time is typically 2–4 weeks after dispatch, depending on customs processing and local delivery services.

Shipping Confirmation Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation notification with tracking information where available.
